Forming and Laminating: The dough is formed into sticks, which are then placed into laminating machines to achieve the desired thickness and make it ready for cutting.
Cutting: The laminated dough passes through the cutting machine, which is pre-adjusted for the thickness and size of the discs required by each customer. A separator is placed between each piece of dough.
